GUEST VERIFICATION
We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. After booking, you will receive a message with the link to complete the quick and easy verification process.
PETS
We charge $250 per pet, 2 pets max.
POOL HEAT
There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heat is $250 per day.
PARTIES AND EVENTS
Parties and events are not allowed.
SECURITY
The home has exterior cameras monitoring the residence for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld. Cameras are located at the main guest entry points and backyard. Please understand that this surveillance is for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property owner.
