Perfectly suited for a couple or single, you’ll have everything you need for your perfect stay. This studio is cozy, furnished in a contemporary style and fully air-conditioned. A comfortable queen size bed, closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower complete this studio. Enjoy your own private kitchen, equipped with a dining table, fridge, microwave, cooking hob, kettle and kitchenware.
The Condo offers popular amenities for guests such as a rooftop swimming pool, restaurant/bar with room service, sundeck with loungers, fitness studio, free parking, 24hrs security, and CCTV.
For short stays electric usage is included in the price. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee of 600 baht. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
