Weekly rates are higher with minimum stay requirements varying by season from 1 to 4 weeks. LOCATION: Steps away from Rodeo Drive and world class cafe & restaurants. STAFF: Upon arrival, our property managers are available to assist you and coordinate in-house services such as; airport transfer, car rental, private chef, housekeeping and maid services. ABOUT US: Unlike other rentals in LA, our mansions have been custom designed as vacation rentals to welcome, VVIP families, world famous personalities. We are dedicated to ensuring our vacation homes meet the highest standards of comfort and elegance for families, and business individuals/groups. HOUSE RULES Our villa executives will personally greet guests at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual. 1) PRE-BOOKING PROCESS: To comply with local regulations and to ensure the safety of yourself and others, YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT WHICH WILL BE SENT to your e-mail address via DOCUSIGN. (E-contract reflecting the same rules as below). *If the infant is older than 2, should be submitted as ‘children’. 4) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is charged directly by the host anytime after booking confirmation. If there are no issues, the security deposit will be refunded after check-out. 5) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our villa executives will personally greet guests at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual. 7) NO parties. 8) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is restricted to the number specified in your reservation, including children. 10) Private, in-house chef & maid & house keeping services are available, therefore, NO outside vendors, chefs permitted. Our team is here to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay. CHEF: Rates vary depending on the menu & other variables. 15 days advance notice required. Final prices cannot be quoted until guest’s consultation. 12) Events, commercial filming & photo shootings not allowed. Inquire for rates & policies for such activities. 13) NO SMOKING OR VAPING. 14) DAILY MAID (Mandatory): 11am – 3pm. $375/day will be charged additionally.
