The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove and utensils for cooking your meals. Begin your day by taking your morning coffee out onto the private balcony before heading down for a morning swim in the residents only swimming pool or getting your sweat on at the gym.
the Residence consists of two individual eight-storey buildings next to the grand pool and garden area and overlooking Patong city and the bay. The Condo features an outdoor swimming pool, kids pool, sundeck with loungers, fitness room and offers free parking and WIFI for guests
Electric usage is not included in the price and will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600 baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
