Have some fun in the sun with friends and family in the pool! Layout on one of the lounge chairs and catch some rays or play with the kids in the yard. Grill up dinner on the natural gas-fueled 3-burner barbecue grill and dine alfresco in the outdoor dining table covered by beautiful hanging lights. Challenge your friends and family in the many games provided: soccer, corn hole, and pool games; or grab a deck of cards and play the winning hand. Wind down the day in the Florida room in front of the big screen TV, or read a book in one of the many comfortable nooks.

Indoors:
This vacation home opens up to spacious living rooms and gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living to dining in front of the 54-inch Smart television and colorful high end comforts, switch-controlled ceiling fans with seating for a crowd. The dining room features a formal dining area with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning stainless-steel appliances such as an LG French door refrigerator and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and an expansive island.

The three living spaces offer their own unique comforts. The Florida room can easily accommodate a guest on the couch and the sitting nook off of the kitchen can comfortably sleep another guest on the couch.

Bedroom Descriptions:

Master:
The master suite is located upstairs and features a king size bed, and private sitting room. Private, en-suite bathroom features a tile shower, two vanity sinks, and plush towels.

2nd Bedroom:
The second bedroom features a two twin size beds, large closet and toys for the kids.

2nd Bathroom:
The upstairs bathroom features bathtub and modern full-glass standing shower.

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom features a Queen-sized Bed and reach in closet.

Office / Bedroom 4:
Features a comfortable twin size day-bed, desk and printer with large reach in closet.

Downstairs Bathroom:
This full bathroom off of the office features a tile shower with modern full-glass surround.

Private Casita:
Features queen bed and room for a queen size air mattress, private full bathroom and sitting area with Nespresso Starbucks coffee in the morning.

Kid Friendly:
The doors that lead to the pool have alarms on them, so you can easily monitor when they open and close.
We also provide games for kids to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.

A travel crib can be available by request.

EFFORTLESS – No guess work, we text and email the check-in details. No looking for keys, the door code allows 24-hour access. Electronic guest books provided prior to and during your stay.

AMMENITIES – Arrive to Starbucks coffee, a phenomenally outfitted kitchen that includes coffee bar, mixology bar, kids plates, cups, etc. Along with the necessities, like Insta-Pot and blender.

CLEAN – Our housekeepers are fantastic. But we never leave anything to chance, so our managers check the home before you arrive to ensure all the details were handled.

EXCELLENCE – Throughout your stay, you will have on-going communication from our amazing team who can provide local insights, take care of special requests, and handle any issues that arise during your stay swiftly. Other things to note Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines.

Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals which provide a service to their owners, for example seeing eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.

Check-in and Check-out:
- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.
- Upon arrival, you will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in.

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide CC and ID that match for the reservation.

If you are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct, third parties do not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees.

Please note, there is a camera out-front pointed towards the front yard and one in the back-yard pointed toward the pool for liability purposes.

- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate of $100 per night of your stay.

The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pools are outside, we have them set for 88 degrees, but as the temps drop, so do the pools. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through April 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.

Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund.
