The backyard is simply spectacular. There’s a covered terrace with a dining table, a ping pong table and a BBQ Grill, plus another bathroom. Relax in an amazing Hot Springs SPA/Jacuzzi and other chill spots.
We also provide paddle boards and fishing poles, so the fun is guaranteed. The space BEDROOMS:
1. Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed, a Smart TV, a full en-suite bathroom and access to the backyard.
2. Bedroom with a King Size Bed and access to a shared full bathroom.
3. Bedroom with Two Queen Size Beds, a Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a Double Size Bed, a Smart TV, a full private bathroom and access to the backyard.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Other things to note NO SMOKING INSIDE
-$300 USD fine will apply.
Parties are NOT permitted. This is our most important rule that will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
NO additional guests allowed that are not in the stated on the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
