The condo has two levels, with the bedrooms on the main floor. Guests will travel a spiral staircase to the second level, which features an open living area with a gas fireplace, split AC, an office nook, and a dining area accommodating eight guests. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Guests can access the balcony from the main living area and enjoy views of Aspen Mountain in addition to a grill. Another amenity guests will love is the access to the rooftop, providing 360-degree views of Aspen.
This condo sleeps four guests. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom as well as a washer and dryer within the bathroom. The second bedroom has access to a hallway bathroom with a steam shower.
Primary Bedroom: King Bed + TV and access to an outdoor patio.
Second bedroom: Queen Bed with access to outdoor patio.
Guests receive complimentary Aspen airport transportation, concierge services, professional housekeeping, 24/7 maintenance support, and more. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
