Free high speed Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming your favorite shows after a day at the beach. The villa’s fully equipped Western kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring modern appliances and a reverse osmosis water filtration system for your convenience. Both large bedrooms overlook the pool and are furnished with king-sized beds, ensuring a restful sleep. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom that includes deep soaking bathtubs, providing a spa-like experience. The 4x8 meter pool has a shallow end, making it safe and enjoyable for children. Surrounded by tropical greenery, the garden is a perfect spot for lounging and outdoor activities. Set in a peaceful area, the development is gated and has guards on site 24/7. There is a parking space at the villa for one car. Please don’t park your car on the street near the villa. Unlike all other villas in the area, we’ve already included 30kw/day in the rate! Extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per kw used according to meter readings at check out. Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

    Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
