Newly Designed & Renovated! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This recently renovated 8 bedroom home offers all you need to make your vacation a relaxing and luxurious one including comfortable beds, smart TVs with Roku in every bedroom, a private heated pool, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and more! Downtown’s Clematis Street and Cityplace districts are filled with restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. The space Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 5 cars), coffee maker, washer, and dryer. Other things to note Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Here are some additional tips:

-The Acreage is a semi-rural neighborhood, so it is important to be prepared for power outages and other weather events.
-There are a number of wildlife preserves in The Acreage, so be aware of your surroundings when hiking or biking.
-The Acreage is a popular spot for equestrian activities, so be aware of horses on the road and in the community.
-Take advantage of the many amenities that The Acreage has to offer, such as parks, schools, and shopping centers.
-Visit The Acreage Community Park for a variety of recreational activities, including swimming, tennis, and basketball.
-Check out the Acreage Pines Park for a playground and picnic areas.
-Take a walk or bike ride on the Palm Beach County Lakes Trail.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
