This home offers a perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and family-friendly fun in one of Florida’s most charming coastal towns. * Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: One luxuriou king-size bed for ultimate relaxation Bedroom 2: One cozy full-size bed and a twin-size bed Bedroom 3: A comfortable king-size bed. * Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms, including a full master ensuite and a guest bath * Amenities: Access to a large 20x40 heated community pool Private driveway with space for 2 cars Game room for family fun and entertainment Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area * Location: Only 8–10 minutes from the beach, with easy access to boating, golf, and scenic coastal spots. Guests will receive a code to access the lockbox containing the key for entry. The private driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles. You'll have full access to the entire townhome during your stay, with shared access to community amenities such as the heated pool and hot tub. Please refrain from sending packages via delivery to our mailbox or through the mail. If your inbound item is posted directly into our mailbox, we cannot compensate for any potential damage or loss that may occur. We kindly ask for your understanding. While I’d love to personally welcome each of our guests, I won’t be on-site during your stay. However, I’m always just a message or text away and happy to assist with anything you need throughout your visit. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Mandatory house rules: 1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation 2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass. 3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am 4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture. 5. Fireworks are not allowed. 6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged. PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received. Please note that a $500 fee will be charged for any violation of the house rules outlined in the listing. Additionally, a $250 replacement fee will apply if the key is lost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable and respectful space for all guests.
