The kitchenette is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay including a stovetop, fridge with a freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware.
Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Emerald Terrace Resort provides 24hr security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. Condo offers a free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
