Master bedroom is spacious, with its window wall opening to the terrace. The terrace offers dining space, sun loungers and a small but perfectly formed pool, surrounded by tropical forest. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is not included and will be charged at 100 baht/cubic meter.
Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee of 1500 baht, including a change of linens and towels (advance booking required). Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
