Sea and Sky Condominium offers stunning views of sunsets and the tropical surrounding area, nested just 800 meters from one of the best beaches in Phuket - Karon beach. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and dressing table in the bedroom, sofa in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a rain shower. Private balcony with glass sliding doors has outdoor furniture and provides great views and sea breeze for you to enjoy day or night. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge, cutlery & kitchenware, cooking hob, toaster, microwave and kettle for self-catering. The entire infrastructure of Karon is within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, convenience shops, supermarkets, massage and spa salons, pharmacies, currency exchange points, night markets, and other attractions! Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Cleaning service during your stay is not included, but can be arranged at 600 baht fee if required. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
