This Condo is perfectly placed – it's close enough to the beach for optimum convenience but tucked away from the noise and bustle of Patong’s strips. Short 5 min drive to the beach, local markets, shopping and Bangla road! Walking distance to convenience stores and eateries.
The apartment offers a king size bed, kitchen and dining area, private balcony, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a flat-screen TV with cable channels and private Wi-Fi is available. Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware.
The balcony is facing a wall as shown in the photos and also has a partial pool view.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
Emerald Terrace Resort provides 24hr security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. The staff at the reception can arrange motorbike or car rentals, transport, tickets and tours. Condo offers a free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day.
Please note, the gym is closed for renovations indefinitely.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
