Fifth Avenue Condos are only two blocks from Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain and even closer to downtown Aspen. This three-level, 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom deluxe townhouse features hardwood floors and a wood-burning stone fireplace in the main living area. This bright and spacious condo features an upgraded kitchen and dining area with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The soaring windows let in plenty of natural light, and there is a deck with Red Mountain and Aspen town views. One of the bedrooms also has a private balcony. Guests enjoy the loft's full bathroom and the in-unit washer/dryer. Guests access this unit via stairs to the second floor. This unit does not have air conditioning; portable A/Cs can be furnished for an additional cost. Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: King bed Other: The loft has a Twin bed and Twin trundle bed. Complex amenities at Fifth Avenue include a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a BBQ area, on-site free parking, and free Wi-Fi. Please note that this complex has no elevator. Guests of Frias Properties receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)     Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
