From the open kitchen and living spaces overlooking the water, to the expansive outdoor hangout areas, every detail is made for relaxation and unforgettable memories. It truly feels like having your own private boutique hotel. This stunning villa was thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful, soothing atmosphere, blending luxury finishes with a laid-back, beachy vibe. Located in one of Miami’s most desirable neighborhoods, this unique open-concept lake home features breathtaking backyard and lake views throughout. Inside, you’ll find a modern living room with a massive 85” TV, plus a large Smart TV in every bedroom (no cable—guests may log into their own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.). The home includes a laundry alcove with an oversized washer and dryer, and we provide towels (bath, hand, and pool—no wash cloths/rags provided) as well as starter hotel-size soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The home is fully stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay, including a dream kitchen with plenty of utensils, cookware, and cooking tools. The sliding doors from the main living/dining area open out to a spectacular pool deck featuring multiple seating areas, 3 egg chairs, pool loungers, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view. Outside, you’ll enjoy a true resort-style experience: -A large pool deck with multiple lounging areas -A retreat-like dining space with a table that seats 14 -A propane grill (one propane tank supplied per stay) -Two custom terraced decks with unobstructed lake views -Deck 1: 2 oversized hammocks + propane fire table with seating -Deck 2: 6 luxury loungers + umbrellas -A modern wood ping pong table A full game area featuring: -Shuffleboard table -Foosball table -Life-sized Connect Four Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (please keep noise low during this time to respect our wonderful neighbors). Our goal is for you to enjoy a worry-free vacation. We’re available to answer questions and help however we can to ensure you have a great stay.     Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
