The apartment includes two beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper-level master bedroom features a king-size bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating one adult or two children. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, small oven, coffee machine, and kitchenware. Electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 THB/kw used. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
