What makes this Villa so amazing is its incredible lakefront view. The location is also a plus since it's in the heart of Miami, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 from the Aventura Mall.
The backyard is spectacular. Not only because of its proximity to the lake (which is private, you can swim in it), there’s a sparking heated pool, many chill spots and a dining table with a grill and a romantic Fire Pit.
We provide a kayak and two paddle boards to have fun in
The interior has great design. The space BEDROOMS:
1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV, access to a full private bathroom and a beautiful view of the lake/pool.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
3. Bedroom with 2 TWIN SIZE BEDS, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
5. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
6. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.
THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.
NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Other things to note - This property is pet friendly.
$300 per pet
- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.
-The garage of this house is use as a storage from our company, so sometimes u can meet someone of our team! We will be happy to say hello
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. Registration Details Exempt: You host a bed and breakfast

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or full forfeiture of advanced payments, as detailed herein. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total booking amount, while cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total booking amount. However, in the event of force majeure—such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, or other severe natural events that prevent travel or render the property unusable during the reserved period—the booking may be canceled without penalty, and a credit will be issued toward a future stay, subject to availability.
