Upstairs, the living area is open to the kitchen and features a wood-burning fireplace. The south-facing deck is off the living room and has a view of Aspen Mountain. The primary bedroom and en suite bathroom are on the upstairs level beyond the kitchen. This townhouse has air conditioning upstairs. Primary bedroom: Queen bed and a TV Second bedroom: 2 Twin beds and a TV Third bedroom: Queen bed and a TV Complex amenities include free on-site free parking and a laundry room. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
