Our cozy and newly renovated apartment is perfect for those who want to be in the center of everything, with all of Patong’s attractions right at your doorstep!
Central location, with Bangla Road’s nightlife, Jungceylon Mall, and Banzaan Fresh Market within a 5-minute walk. Easy 10-minute walk to the beach; local bars, restaurants, massage shops, and convenience stores are just behind the corner.
The living area features a large Smart TV and comfortable sofa for relaxing. Free Wi-Fi is available and provided by the building. Both bedrooms have comfy queen size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure lots of daylight and lead to the balcony with city view. There is a washer in the unit that adds convenience for longer stays.
Cook your meals at the kitchen that is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and utensils for self-catering.
Guests have free access to the Phuket Villa Condo shared amenities, including a sauna, fitness room, and large swimming pool. There is also a coffee shop and a minimart on-site. Large parking space is available for guests with vehicles.
PLEASE NOTE. For short term stays Electric usage of 30 kw/day is already included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Be wise, close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off all lights when you leave the apartment.
For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included and will be charged at 7 baht/kw.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available for free upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
