Welcome to our spacious two-bedroom apartment at The Privilege Residence, perfect for families and friends seeking a tropical getaway in Phuket!Ideally located in the Kalim area, just a 5-minute drive from vibrant Patong, you'll have easy access to nightlife, shopping, and dining. For the best experience, we recommend renting scooters or a car. Our apartment features comfortable furnishings for both short- and long-term stays. The open-plan living area connects a cozy lounge with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, leading to a large terrace with ocean and mountain views, outdoor furniture, and a plunge pool—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.Two en-suite bedrooms are elegant and well-appointed; each has a king bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure lots of daylight. Each bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a bathtub.Prepare delicious meals and beach snacks in the kitchen that include a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and all the kitchenware. A laundry room with a washer, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning tools adds convenience for longer stays. Resort amenities include a fitness room with a sauna, a sea-view infinity swimming pool with a sun deck and children’s pool, a Sky Bar Restaurant serving breakfast and lunch (at an extra fee), covered parking for guests, and 24-hour security on site. The rooftop pool can be accessed with a key card provided on check-in. PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage of 30 kw/day is already included in the rate; extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit on check-out. Be wise, keep windows and doors closed when using the AC, and turn off the AC and all lights when leaving the apartment. While daily cleaning is not included, it can be arranged for an additional fee of 1500 baht, which includes fresh linen and towel changes. Please book 48 hours in advance to schedule cleaning. Late check-in is available upon request. As per request by the residence administration, we require passport copies of all guests before your arrival.

    Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
