The Kris Resort is a small condo located in a quiet location just 200 m away from the ocean, a 5-min walk to Bang Tao beach, and a short drive from the Laguna and lively Boat Avenue area.
The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped for your convenience. Has a king-size bed, kitchen, seating sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The kitchen offers cutlery and dishware, which is great for self-catering. Begin the day by taking your morning coffee out onto your private balcony for views of Thai greenery and the neighborhood before heading down for a morning swim in the communal pool or the beach. A large TV and private Wi-Fi connection are available for you to entertain after a day out.
The Kris Condo offers popular amenities such as a communal swimming pool, parking for guests, 24-hour security, and CCTV.
For bookings of 4 weeks and longer, electricity usage is not included in the rate and charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
