Enjoy the large outdoor terrace, separate indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a saltwater pool surrounded by natural stone tiles and vibrant tropical plants. Step outside to your own private oasis. The garden, surrounded by tropical greenery, is the perfect spot for lounging and outdoor activities. Eco-friendly features include 100% solar power, a centralized hot water system, VRV air conditioning, a centralized dehumidifier system in all bedrooms, and smart grid technology for energy efficiency. Ideal for families or groups, this villa offers a luxurious and sustainable escape in a secure, serene setting. To make your stay even more comfortable, housekeeping services are included in the price. The maid will be available six days a week, to ensure the villa stays clean and tidy throughout your stay. Please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the villa. Late check-in is available on request.

Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
