Alpenblick Townhomes are located two blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola and downtown Aspen. This three level 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom deluxe townhome was recently renovated and features many upgrades. This townhome welcomes guests with an open living, dining, kitchen area which includes a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and dining table accommodating six. There is a powder room off the upgraded kitchen, and the upstairs bedrooms include the master with a private deck and a second bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Downstairs, the den has a futon for extra sleeping space as well as a third bedroom, bathroom, and laundry closet. There is air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms.
Primary bedroom: Queen bed, TV and A/C
Second bedroom: 2 Double beds, TV and A/C
Third bedroom: 2 Twin beds and a TV
There's also a downstairs den with a futon couch for additional sleeping accommodations.
Common amenities at the Alpenblick include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, on-site free parking, ski lockers, and free Wi-Fi.
Guests receive complimentary Aspen airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, 24/7 maintenance support, and more. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
