Start each day with a tea or coffee in your own kitchen fitted with a kettle, stove top, microwave, refrigerator and all utensils for your cooking needs. The studio is fully air-conditioned and decorated in modern style with natural soft colors and it's fully equipped for your convenience. It has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, computer/laptop desk with a chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and private Private Wi-Fi are available for you to entertain after a day out. The Title Condo is located at the most beautiful and lively Rawai beach front, close to Promthep Cape (the most attractive tourist hot spot in Phuket) which is just 3 minutes drive. Only 7 minutes walk to Rawai Park and 10-15 minutes walk to the famous Rawai Seafood Market. It’s surrounded by fine dining restaurants, cafes and bars. There are several convenience stores just behind the corner. Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning service during your stay is not included, charged 600 baht if required. It includes the change of bed linen and towels. Book your cleaning 48hrs in advance by contacting us.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
