This top-floor, 2-bedroom, plus-den, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Durant Condos are two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and closer to downtown Aspen. This condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area with beautiful views. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This condo features air conditioning and has a washer/dryer inside the unit. Guests enjoy the bonus den that has an extra sleeping area.

Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, and on-site free parking. This complex has no elevator. The Durant Condominiums have ski-in access from Aspen Mountain!
Guests of the Durant Condos receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
