Curated by our design team, this villa blends warmth, relaxation, and modern luxury into one stunning home. Every finish is new and contemporary, and the property sits in an upscale, family-friendly neighborhood just minutes from dining, shopping, and the beach. It's a place to truly unwind, recharge, and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. Our goal is a worry-free stay. We're always available to answer questions and do whatever we can to make sure you have everything you need. The Space This open-concept home features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 10 beds, and can sleep up to 19 guests. Please share your total guest count with us in advance. The living room centers on an extra-long built-in electric fireplace beneath an 85" TV, alongside a full-size pool table. Every bedroom has its own large smart TV. A laundry alcove houses an oversized washer and dryer. For your convenience, we supply towels (bath, hand, and pool — no washcloths) and starter hotel-sized soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. The home comes fully stocked with everything you could need. Bedrooms (6 bedrooms / 10 beds) Bedroom 1 — Master: King bed, twin daybed, 65" TV, en-suite bath with standalone tub and shower, walk-in closet with drawers Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, 55" TV, dresser, closet Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, 65" TV, large closet, work desk and chair, en-suite shower Bedroom 4: King bed, 55" TV, dresser Bedroom 5: Queen bed, 55" TV, dresser Bedroom 6: Two queen beds, 55" TV, dresser All bedrooms have smart TVs. No cable — guests can sign in to their own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is a dream, outfitted with high-grade appliances and fully stocked with dishes, cookware, pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets. A large peninsula with a breakfast bar seats 4, and there's a Keurig coffee maker with a complimentary starter set of coffee, sugar, and creamer. The dining area features an oversized table that seats 14, with sliding doors leading out to the covered patio. Outdoor Oasis A beautifully landscaped backyard designed for gathering and relaxing: Private pool with attached jacuzzi, pool floats, 2 large sun umbrellas, and 8 loungers along the poolside Covered patio with multiple sitting areas Outdoor dining table that seats 14, with a propane BBQ grill (one propane tank supplied per stay) Propane fire table surrounded by cozy chairs and couches Top-of-the-line wood ping pong table Large circular driveway Guests have private access to the entire property — no shared spaces. Good to Know Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Please keep noise down out of respect for our neighbors. No parties and no smoking of any kind inside the property. Pool child fence available with advance notice. Pool & jacuzzi heating: $30/day, 3-day minimum. Please request at least 2 days before arrival. Pack and Play available (guests supply their own sheets). Maintenance access: Routine service providers — pool maintenance (typically Monday and Thursday, weather permitting), bi-weekly landscapers, and monthly pest control — may access the yard without prior notice. We spray regularly to keep the property bug-free, though no single-family home in South Florida is ever 100% pest-proof. Pool & Jacuzzi Waiver There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. You (the renter/guest) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and for all persons using it during your stay. Use of the pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: (1) injury from possible equipment malfunction; (2) injury from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; (3) injury from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; and (4) other injuries arising from any activity in the pool. This list is not exhaustive. By using the pool, you agree to waive any and all claims you have or may have in the future against the Owner and its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (the "Releasees").
