A seasonal creek winds its way through the back of the property conjuring up remnants of historic ranching days while a floor-to-ceiling, two-story picture window in the great room opens to stunning mountain views. Immediately welcoming, Fish Creek Lodge 05 is a spacious, thoughtfully designed sanctuary that offers the familiar comfort of feeling right at home. The timeless pairing of wood and stone enhance the fine details of this residence, while a neutral palette, natural fibers, and rich textures found in the luxe furnishings and peaceful decor scheme offer a relaxed yet polished feel. The lofty cathedral ceiling in the great room stretches two-stories and serves as an impressive wooden canopy unifying the ten-chair dining area, well-appointed kitchen, and roomy, u-shaped, living room arrangement that share one magnificent space. A wood-burning, rock fireplace graces a full wall and an extra-large, flat-screen television nests above its hearth. The Sub-Zero refrigerator in the kitchen is paneled in barnwood, integrating it with the cabinetry while the wine fridge is tucked neatly out of sight under the marble-topped American bar edged in leather. The light and warmth from the picture window draws the outdoors in naturally while at night, two telescopes await stargazers. Just off the great room, a stone patio with outdoor seating welcomes repose and al fresco entertainment below the dramatic panorama of the mountains. A Traeger grill is perfect for hosting a sophisticated cookout, while the corner spa wrapped in rock calls for a relaxed soak. Additional amenities on the main level include a powder room, laundry room, generous storage spaces, and an attached, two-car garage. A main-level bedroom featuring a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and full closet is the ultimate space for guests. The upper level provides plentiful sleeping options including one room that couples as a media space with lofted beds, a flat-screen television, built-in bookcases, and bench seating. The bunkroom on the upper level is cleverly arranged to include three twin beds, one double bed, and a built-in desk. The bathroom with a shower and double vanity is easily accessed from the bunkroom’s walk-through closet as well as through a hallway entrance. Offering privacy, the primary bedroom suite on the upper level is on the opposite side of the residence, and features east-facing picture windows opening to vistas of the Gros Ventre Mountains. While the windows draw in the morning light, a vaulted ceiling with exposed-wood beams, a rock-framed, gas fireplace, and a deep soaking tub in the ensuite bathroom set the stage for a serene time out any time of the day. The ensuite bathroom includes a sunken tub, double vanity, water closet, and shower. A large, walk-in closet provides ample space to stow personal belongings and gear. Fish Creek Lodge 05 is a place where guests feel an ever-present connection to nature at the foot of the Teton Mountain Range in Teton Village. The Village Commons is a winter gathering space and come summer serves as a natural amphitheater for outdoor concerts. Though well-known for skiing, Teton Village transforms into a summer destination with tram rides, scenic hikes, bicycling along the bike path, and on-mountain, outdoor dining. And Jackson’s shops, art galleries, night life, and restaurants are just a short, 12-mile drive away. Cancellation Policy

All payments of the Rental Fee, room tax, and any applicable fees are non-refundable. If Agent is able to lease the Premises after Renter's cancellation to another renter for the same period and for the same amount as specified in this Agreement, Agent shall distribute any applicable refund to Renter within thirty (30) days of the Departure Date.

House Rules

Payment Schedule: The payment schedule is as follows: 1

For Arrival Dates more than 90 days out, a deposit of about 25% is due along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Final payment is then due 90 days prior to arrival

For Arrival Dates within 90 days, payment is due in full along with a signed agreement, within 10 days of receipt of agreement

Smoking Policy: Illegal substances and smoking are not allowed in or on the Premises

Damage Deposit: A Damage Deposit of approximately 20% of the rental fee will be collected prior to arrival

Renter agrees to leave the Premises in the same condition in which it was provided to Renter

In the event there is damage to the Premises during Renter's occupancy, such damage shall be repaired and the cost of the repair shall be deducted from the Damage Deposit

The balance of the Damage Deposit shall be returned, without interested, to Renter within thirty (30) days after the Departure Date with an itemized statement showing those amounts deducted, unless the extent of such damage cannot be determined within 30 days, in which case the balance of the Damage Deposit will be returned as soon as the extent of the damage has been determined

Should the cost of the repair exceed the Damage Deposit, Agent may, at Agent's election, render Renter an invoice for such excess amount, which invoice Renter will pay within two weeks of receipt, or charge such excess amount to the credit card provided by Renter

Pet Policy: Pets being permitted on and in the Premises is decided by the Homeowner or the applicable Homeowner Association

Rentals with pets are subject to a $400

00 non-refundable pet cleaning fee, depending on the number of pets
