This slope-side condo offers comfort and convenience for outdoor enthusiasts! Enjoy mountain views from every room, a wood-burning fireplace in the main living area, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; guests can enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar, dining room table, or sitting area adjacent to the living room. The primary bedroom features a newly remodeled bathroom inclusive of a steam shower.
**Please note: During Summer 2025 (June - September), Chamonix will be undergoing property upgrades; the property will have visible signs of construction, and guests may experience noise disruptions. The rates have been adjusted to account for this inconvenience.**
This condominium sleeps 8 people across three bedrooms.
Primary Bedroom: King Bed and TV, en-suite bathroom

The Chamonix boasts a European design and luxury amenities, including private ski lockers*, an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, an on-site fitness center, and complimentary underground/on-site parking. The villa has its own private deck with views over the slopes and the surrounding mountains. Situated next to the Elk Camp gondola and with ski-in/ski-out access, the Chamonix is perfectly located for an idyllic mountain vacation year-round.
*Chamonix has a slope-side ski locker room near all units but does not have lockers at individual units. The ski locker room is adjacent to the pool and hot tub area, and guests can walk across the slope to the midway gondola station or ski down to Base Village.
Guests of the Chamonix have direct access to Assay Hill or can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts in addition to world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

Chamonix is a non-smoking facility. Chamonix is not ADA-compliant. However, there is a ramp and elevator available for the guest to access their unit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
