The home is large enough to give everyone any amount of privacy that is needed but laid out to allow for maximum group fun! This home is unique in stature and makes you feel like a king! Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi, limited parking (6 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer. The neighborhood around the home is a quiet residential area with low crime rates. The area is close to a number of schools, parks, and shopping centers. Explore the nearby parks and recreation facilities. There are a number of parks and recreation facilities in the area that are perfect for families. Some of the nearby parks include Volunteer Park, Plantation Central Park, and Deicke Park. These parks offer a variety of amenities, such as playgrounds, sports fields, and walking trails. Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit. **Our base price is for groups of up to 16 guests. Please be aware that additional guests beyond this number, especially if not disclosed at the time of booking, may incur a supplemental charge.** There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
