Apartment is located on the ground floor with easy access to the swimming pool and has a private patio that overlooks a garden and a golf course. A cozy living space awaits when you enter this apartment. It is fully air conditioned, spacious and equipped for a perfect holiday. The living room includes a seating area, large Smart TV, dining area and the kitchen. There is a washer in the unit, which is perfect for longer stays.
There is a king bed in the bedroom and other two guests can sleep comfortably on the sofa-bed in the living room, so we can host up to 4 people or a couple with children.
Enjoy home-cooked meals or prepare beach snacks with the kitchen that includes a stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware.
Laguna offers the ultimate resort lifestyle due to all the extensive facilities. Allamanda has its own bar, communal swimming pools with sun loungers and showers, a minimart, and a garden with walking paths. Take advantage of the free shuttle bus to surrounding areas across the Resort, SPAs, shops and Bang Tao beach. This is especially convenient for families with children. The famous 18-hole Laguna Golf Course is just 50 meters away.
For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
