Here’s the layout of the bedrooms: *Room 1: 2 Queen-sized Beds *Room 2: 2 Bunk Beds *Room 3: 1 Queen-sized Bed Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the pool, BBQ grill, and all amenities such as Wi-Fi, coffee maker, washer, and dryer. Please note, parking is limited to 2 cars. Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. For local residents, an additional deposit will be required. A deposit is also required for bookings made within 7 days of check-in. The deposit is $500 for homes with 5 bedrooms or fewer, and $1000 for homes with more than 5 bedrooms. Please note, security deposits cannot be paid by credit card.     Cancellation Policy

    Get a 50% refund of the total booking value when you cancel at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email. No refund for cancellations requested within 30 days of local check-in date and time.

    House Rules

    The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival

    Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card

    Mandatory house rules:

    No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

    Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass

    No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am

    A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture

    Fireworks are not allowed

    Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist

    If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged

    PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet

    This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes

    You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received
