With 3 bedrooms, our property is best suited for large groups looking to kick back and relax. State-of-the-art Smart TVs in all rooms allow you to stay connected to your favorite shows. Perfect if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Hollywood but not right in the middle of it. Comfortable, calm, and convenient. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms.     Get a 50% refund of the total booking value when you cancel at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email. No refund for cancellations requested within 30 days of local check-in date and time.

    House Rules

    The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival

    Mandatory house rules:

    No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

    Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house

    No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 9am

    A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture

    Fireworks are not allowed

    Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist

    If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged

    PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet

    This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes

    You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received
