The living room includes a kitchen and dining area, a seating area with a smart TV, and a private balcony with a garden view. There is a washer in the unit, which is convenient for longer stays. The bedroom features a queen bed, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy home-cooked meals or prepare beach snacks with the kitchen that includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware.
The facilities include a fitness studio, large swimming pool, free parking, laundry service and bike rentals (extra charge), CCTVs and key cards, and 24-hour security guards.
For bookings of 4 weeks and longer, electricity usage is charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving. Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee of 850 baht, including a change of linens and towels (advance booking required). Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
