Experience the ultimate retreat at our elegant Wallaya Villa, designed to offer luxury and comfort. Wake up to the soothing sounds of nature and the fresh scents of the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of Bangtao's main areas. Nestled in a secure estate surrounded by lush greenery, our villa is just a 10-minute drive from the stunning Bang Tao beach and 5-7 minutes from the vibrant Boat Avenue area and Villa Market. The villa spans two floors, featuring three bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with comfortable bedding, air conditioning, and its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms offer king beds, and the third includes a sofa bed. The master bedroom also features a large private balcony. On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen, blending indoor and outdoor living for a truly immersive experience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for self-catering, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and kitchenware. The highlight of the villa is the private 9-meter pool, designed for relaxation and enjoying the tropical weather. Spend blissful hours near the pool lounging on sunbeds, diving into a captivating book, or taking refreshing dips to cool off under the warm sun. Electricity usage of 70kw/day is already included in the price. Extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the villa. Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. The cost is 1800 baht and includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request.

Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
