The area is flat, making it easy to explore, and it’s very safe both day and night. You’ll find restaurants, bars, shops, banks, and massage shops all within walking distance. The apartment features a cozy sleeping area with a king-size bed overlooking the pool and garden, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a seating area with a flat-screen TV with international channels, and a patio with outdoor furniture. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, stovetop, toaster, microwave, and kettle, perfect for self-catering. Private high-speed Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming your favorite shows. The Ark at Veloche offers two beautiful large swimming pools, stunning views, and luxurious accommodations year-round. Common facilities include a gym, a kids’ area, and free on-site parking for those traveling by car. For bookings of 4 weeks and longer, electricity usage is not included in the rate and charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. To keep the electricity cost down please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving. Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee of 850 baht, including a change of linens and towels (advance booking required). Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
