Please be mindful of noise to respect our neighbors. Any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit. 3. No Drugs or Illegal Activities: The use or possession of illegal substances, and any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited. 13. Property Items: Please do not remove any items from the property. 14. Items Left Behind: A $50 handling fee, plus postage, will apply for any items left on the property. 15.
