Getting Around: You can easily catch public transportation from my place! This apartment is just 5 mins walk to Town Hall / Wynyard Station. There is Secure Parking just a 1 min drive from the apartment. Other Things to Note: House Rules & Information: 1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $500 AUD penalty will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including triggering the fire alarm system. 2. No Parties: Parties are not permitted. Please be mindful of noise to respect our neighbors. Any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of your security deposit. 3. Quiet Hours: Kindly observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all residents. 4. Pets: Service animals are welcome. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the chute located on the left-hand side of the lift. If you'd prefer, you may leave it in the designated bin for us to handle. 12. No Drugs or Illegal Activities: The use or possession of illegal substances, and any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited. 13. Property Items: Please do not remove any items from the property. 14. Items Left Behind: A $50 handling fee, plus postage, will apply for any items left on the property. 15.
