The unit features new furnishings, central A/C, an in-unit washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors. A dining table adjacent to the kitchen provides seating for four guests.
This condo accommodates four guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa. An additional door in the primary bedroom opens to the property's west side.

Christiana Lodge offers an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The pool is closed during the winter months (October - April) but reopens for the summer season. The hot tub remains open year-round. Parking is available adjacent to the building on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Guests of Christiana enjoy complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests also receive complimentary access to local health club facilities, with passes available at any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
