The fully air-conditioned space is equipped to meet all your vacation needs. Features a king-sized bed, a wardrobe, a cozy lounge area, and a private balcony with chairs to enjoy the breeze after a beach day.
Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space. Enjoy home-cooked meals or prepare beach snacks with the kitchen that includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware. A large smart TV and private Wi-Fi connection are available for you to entertain after a day out.
The Kris Condo offers popular amenities such as a communal swimming pool, parking for guests, 24-hour security, and CCTV.
For bookings of 4 weeks and longer, electricity usage is not included in the rate and charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check-in is available upon request at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
