This second-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom economy-rated condo features two lovely decks, one with spectacular views of the Roaring Fork River! The Riverview Condominiums are six blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and about two blocks from a free skier shuttle stop (across a pedestrian bridge). This spacious condo is light and bright, with a large, open living area and dining room with seating for six. The living room is centered on a wood-burning fireplace, and the south-facing deck looks out to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and also features a washer/dryer. The bedrooms include a large primary bedroom that looks out to the pool and two guest rooms with river views.

Other: There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Riverview common amenities include a year-round heated pool, hot tub*, and on-site free parking in a designated spot. Guests receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.) The pool is currently unheated and will be fixed as soon as possible.
*The hot tub will be closed from March 31st - April 20th, 2025 for repairs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
