Its open floor plan is highlighted by a wood-burning fireplace* and large sliding glass doors that open to the private deck with an outdoor grill and stunning river views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and beautiful stone countertops. The bathrooms have been upgraded, and guests enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer. *Please note firewood is not provided, and guests will need to procure firewood from City Market.

All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
