Newly renovated, this beautiful slope-side condo is perfect for a ski vacation or summer mountain getaway. Broad windows provide gorgeous mountain views, and the expanded patio offers guests plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. Guests will enjoy a large flat-screen television, luxe yet comfortable furniture, a new grill, and a well-appointed kitchen featuring high-end appliances, gadgets, and cookware. This condo features an indoor wood-burning fireplace and an outdoor gas fireplace. **Please note: During Summer 2025 (June - September), Chamonix will be undergoing property upgrades; the property will have visible signs of construction, and guests may experience noise disruptions. The rates have been adjusted to account for this inconvenience.** This home includes two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bath with access to the furnished patio. The second bedroom features two twin beds with trundles and stacked washer/dryer. Primary Bedroom: Queen Bed Secondary Bedroom: Two Twin Beds + Trundles **For a 3-D view of this unit, please click the cube icon on the upper-left-hand side of the image gallery.** The Chamonix boasts a European design and luxury amenities, including private ski lockers*, an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, an on-site fitness center, and complimentary underground/on-site parking. The villa has its own private deck with views over the slopes and the surrounding mountains. Situated next to the Elk Camp gondola and with ski-in/ski-out access, the Chamonix is perfectly located for an idyllic mountain vacation year-round. *Chamonix has a slope-side ski locker room near all units but does not have lockers at individual units. The ski locker room is adjacent to the pool and hot tub area, and guests can walk across the slope to the midway gondola station or ski down to Base Village. Guests of the Chamonix have direct access to Assay Hill or can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts in addition to world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities. Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass offers complimentary Aspen airport transportation, concierge services, 24/7 support, and free Wi-Fi. Chamonix is a non-smoking facility.
