The kitchen is a delight for entertainers with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an expansive island with bar seating for eight. The condo's other high-end finishes include hardwood floors, flat-screen TVs, beautiful furniture, air conditioning in the living area, and more. This condo also features an in-unit washer/dryer.
Suitable for three couples or a family, the bedding arrangements include a King bed in the primary bedroom and two Twin beds in each guest room, which can be converted into King beds with comfortable bed bridges.
Primary bedroom: King bed.
Second bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King.
Guest Bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King.
Other: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
**This rental can be combined with Fasching Haus Unit 10 to form a six-bedroom condominium, one of the only large condos available in downtown Aspen.**
Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room. This complex has no elevator.
Guests of Fasching Haus 9 receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
