Chateau Eau Claire is only five blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. Condo amenities include an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as well as a formal dining area with river views. The main living area and primary bedroom have flat screen TVs. This condo has a laundry closet.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
