This two-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe townhouse boasts ski-in, ski-out access to Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain. Enjoy breathtaking views of Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain from the north-facing windows. This rental features a gas fireplace in the main living area, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Please do not place any real wood into the fireplace anytime or for any reason. Primary bedroom: Queen bed Second bedroom: Two sets of twin bunk beds Other: There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. In 2025, Shadow Mountain unveiled its most extensive renovations since its founding in the 1970s, blending timeless charm with modern comforts. The property now features new exterior wood siding, updated windows in every unit, and durable concrete stairways and walkways. Guests will love the new pool and a welcoming social terrace with a BBQ grill and firepit—perfect for gathering under Aspen's starry skies. Enhanced site lighting, manicured landscaping, new mailboxes, and convenient unit and bike storage further elevate the experience, making Shadow Mountain a rejuvenated gem in the heart of Aspen. Each condominium spans two levels and offers stunning views of downtown Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain. While each unit boasts its own unique decor, many include upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, fireplaces, flatscreen TVs, air conditioning, and washer/dryer amenities. Guests of Shadow Mountain Condos receive housekeeping, concierge services, and complimentary Aspen Airport transfers. A tram is also available to transport luggage to different levels of the property. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. Cancellation charges are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited 30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
