The formal dining area seats four, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Guests enjoy the patio with views of Aspen Mountain.

Cottonwoods common amenities include complimentary on-site parking, free Wi-Fi, and a laundry room. Please note, that this condominium is not stocked with firewood; it can be purchased at City Market in downtown Aspen.
Guests also receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, housekeeping, concierge services, and 24/7 maintenance support. This complex does not have an elevator. Frias Properties guests receive complimentary health club passes. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
