(E-contract reflecting the same rules as below). 2) PRICE DEPENDS ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Rental price increases based on how many people are staying with you. To ensure the most accurate pricing, please provide the correct number of guests (including children) when submitting your inquiry. *If the infant is older than 2, should be submitted as ‘children’. 5) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guest is required to provide a valid credit card, and the HOST will directly charge the credit card after booking confirmation. 6) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our villa executives will personally greet guests at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual. 7) As the reservation holder, your presence is required at the check-in. 8) Check in is @4 pm, check out is @10 am. *Requests for early check-in and late check-out will be considered based on availability and may incur an additional cost. 9) No parties or loud music are allowed. All outdoor and indoor speakers have been disabled in compliance with the City's Zero Tolerance Policy. 10) Los Angeles City ordinance quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am. Villa Bond is situated in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. 11) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is restricted to the number specified in your reservation, including children. If you book for a specific number of people, only that number of guests is allowed on the premises. 14) VISITORS: Please mention while inquiring. 15) Private, in-house chef & maid & house keeping services are available, therefore, NO outside vendors, chefs permitted. Our team is here to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay. CHEF: Rates vary based on several factors. Final pricing provided after guest’s consultation. Min. 15 days’ advance notice required. 16) If you want the pool heated, must give 48 hours notice prior to check in. Extra: $400 for the first day, $200/per day, each day after. *POOL HEAT: 8 am to 9 pm. SPA HEAT: 5 pm - 7 pm. (Time frame may vary: 4-6 pm or 6-8 pm). *SPA heating hours cannot be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system. (As it’s an IN POOL-SPA) *For safety purposes, pool/spa is off limits after 10 pm. 17) PARKING: Maximum 2 free car parking. Sidewalks must not be blocked. 20) EXIT CLEANING FEE: Cleaning fee on invoice is for standard "EXIT" cleaning. Poor condition may incur extra fees. *Mandatory mid-stay cleaning for 5+ nights, $575 per cleaning, every 5 days. 21) Events, commercial filming & photo shootings not allowed. Inquire for rates & policies for such activities. 22) NO SMOKING OR VAPING / HOOKAH. Property is equipped with smoke detectors and we’ll be notified instantly. 23) No pets allowed.
