Our spacious one-bedroom apartment for 4 adults or small families with children is an ideal base to explore everything Patong has to offer. Central location, the beach is less than a 10-minute walk away, and Bangla Road’s nightlife, Jungceylon Mall, and Banzaan Fresh Market are within a short 5-minute walk. Local bars, restaurants, massage shops, and convenience stores are just behind the corner.
The open-plan living area is comfortable, with a cozy seating area and a large TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi is provided by the building, though it is not high-speed.
Two guests can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, and there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower just for this space. The balcony off the living room has chairs and a washer, adding convenience for longer stays.
The bedroom offers a king bed, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. This room also has a private balcony with chairs and city views.
Cook your meals at the kitchen that is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and the utensils for self-catering.
Guests have free access to the Phuket Villa Condo shared amenities, including a sauna, fitness room, and large swimming pool. There is also a coffee shop and a minimart on-site, plus a laundry service for an extra fee. Large parking space is available for guests with vehicles.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
