Situated on the 3rd floor, our bright and airy apartment boasts a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and a large closet. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds and access to a separate bathroom with a shower.
Relax in the open-plan living area complete with a TV, generous sofa, and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen caters to both holiday meals and extended stays.
The Palms resort provides access to 2 expansive swimming pools, private parking, and a gym. Families will appreciate the kid's club and on-site restaurant.
Please note that electricity and water usage are billed separately. Electricity is THB 6 per unit and water is THB 95 per unit. We encourage mindful use of utilities by closing windows and doors when using the AC, and by turning off AC and lights when leaving the apartment.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Kindly be aware that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide copies of their passports upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking may result in the partial or complete loss of advanced payments, as set forth in greater detail below. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival = 50% of total booking amount forfeited
30 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of total booking amount forfeited
In the event of severe natural causes (force majeure) prohibiting travel or adequate use of the Property during the booking period (such as hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.) the booking may be cancelled without penalty in exchange for credit toward a future booking.
